My effort paid off. I found the perfect recipe that will back the feel of summer and will basically let me have a taste of it all year round. This tropical watermelon pineapple smoothie, just like our previous ones, is far from the usual smoothies out there. This recipe is packed with essential vitamins and minerals and bursting with tropical flavors that will tickle your taste buds and rejuvenate your body. Here’s what you will need to make this heavenly drink that will fulfill your longing for summer:
- 2 cups watermelon flesh, frozen and cubed
- 1 cup organic pineapple, frozen and cubed
- 1 orange, white pith and seeds removed
- ½ cup organic coconut milk
- 1½ cup organic coconut water
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- ½ teaspoon organic turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional)
