We always hear the quote “eat breakfast like a king.” Nutritionists advise that we should not skip breakfast simply because it is the most important meal of the day. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen papaya chunks
  • 1 cup frozen watermelon flesh, cubed
  • ½ coconut water (or filtered water)
  • ½ cup fat free yogurt (optional)

Procedure:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz on high until all the mixture is smooth or you achieve your desired consistency. For a thicker consistency add in yogurt. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! Pour the remaining smoothie in a sealable tumbler and store it in the fridge for later.
