I have stated in my previous post that I have the summer hangover. Guess what? I’m still not over it yet. I’m not going to turn to pumpkins and apples anytime soon. It’s not that I hate fall or anything, it’s just that summer has a very special spot in my heart and it brings a lot of fun memories.

This healthy smoothie is the perfect summer hydrating and energizing drink – perfect for breakfast to help us start our day. This smoothie also let us enjoys peaches’ awesomeness while they are still available fresh.
I went crazy for this one. I can’t get enough of it! I can have this tropical smoothie for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ok, that’s exaggerated. Seriously, though, this tastes really good and on top of that, it is really healthy as well. There’s nothing more I could ask for. So, here is the recipe for this Tropical Watermelon Peach detox smoothie.
- 3 cups of chopped watermelon
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- ½ cup fresh coconut milk
- Handful of crushed frozen coconut water (ice is ok if not available)
- Mint for garnish
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz on high until the mixture has that milkshake-like creamy consistency.
- Serve and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
